Beth Morgan
Co- Founder
Beth brings extensive local expertise and a deep understanding of the East Kent property market, having lived in the area for more than 35 years. Over the past two decades, she has successfully purchased, renovated and managed a number of properties across the region, giving her valuable insight into both the residential and investment sectors.
As an experienced landlord and holiday let owner, Beth understands the practical considerations involved in property ownership and relocation. Her knowledge extends beyond property itself, particularly in relation to education. As a parent whose children have attended both grammar and independent schools, she is well placed to advise families exploring the area's educational opportunities.
Beth's comprehensive understanding of Kent's towns, villages and communities enables her to provide clients with a valuable local perspective, from lifestyle and leisure amenities to transport links and neighbourhood insights. Through her experience as a property developer, she has also built a trusted network of estate agents, surveyors and tradespeople across the county.
Known for her personable and approachable nature, Beth takes the time to understand each client's individual requirements, lifestyle and aspirations. By building a detailed picture of what matters most, she is able to identify properties and locations that are not only suitable on paper but genuinely feel like home.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog, Ralph. She is passionate about exploring Kent's countryside and coastline and enjoys maintaining strong relationships with both friends and professional contacts throughout the region.

Anita Lewis
Co- Founder
Born and raised in Kent, Anita combines extensive local knowledge with a strong professional background in financial services, having worked across the South East and London before embarking on her property career.
In 2006, Anita relocated to South West France, where she successfully ran a gîte business for eight years while also managing several large residential properties. This experience provided her with valuable expertise in property management, client service and the practical aspects of home ownership.
Since returning to the UK in 2014, Anita has been actively involved in buying, selling and renovating properties throughout Kent. Her hands-on experience, combined with her in-depth understanding of the local market, means she has excellent knowledge of the area's towns and villages, local estate agents, available properties and market trends.
Anita is also the natural networker within the business. She has built an extensive network of contacts across Kent and is passionate about fostering relationships within the local property and business communities. Whether attending networking events, meeting industry professionals or connecting with local business owners, Anita is often the person opening doors and uncovering opportunities that benefit clients.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful Kent countryside. Her enthusiasm for Kent, combined with her strong local connections, enables her to offer clients an invaluable insight into both the property market and the lifestyle the county has to offer.
