Hello, we’re Anita and Beth – passionate about property and in love with this beautiful part of the world.
If you’ve always wanted to live here or are thinking of moving to a different part of the region, we can give you all the advice you need to choose the right area, before we find the right property.
We have it all here – coast, countryside and cities, with great properties to choose from.
House-hunting can be stressful and time-consuming – but we love every minute, making the experience easier, quicker and much more enjoyable for our clients.

Our Team
Beth Morgan
Founder
Beth has a vast knowledge of East Kent having lived in the area for the last 35 years. For the last 20, she’s bought and renovated several properties within this area.
Beth is also an experienced landlord and holiday let owner.
As a parent, she’s got a wide knowledge for families looking for schools – comprehensive, grammar, or private. Her own children have attended both grammar and private schools, so it’s an area she knows a lot about.
Plus, she knows the county inside out and can advise on things to do and places to go. As a property developer, Beth has great contacts with trades and estate agents.
Beth loves to chat – but what she’s up to, is researching – finding out about you to understand who you are, how you live, what you like and don’t like – to then look for the properties that will be your best fit.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog Ralph. Beth enjoys walks in and around Kent, meeting friends and business contacts.

Founder
Anita Lewis
Anita was born in Kent and worked in the South East and London within the financial services industry.
In 2006, she moved to South West France for 8 years while running a gite business, alongside working as a property manager for several large properties.
Upon returning to the UK in 2014, she’s been buying, selling, and renovating properties, so she knows the areas, the agents, what’s for sale and who’s looking to buy.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog Remy in the wonderful Kent countryside. Anita really enjoys networking in Kent and can often be found at these events.
