Renting
For some of our clients who are relocating, a rental is the best way to try out an area before they commit to buying.
They can immerse themselves in local life, check the transport links, commute, local amenities, tourism, restaurants, and social life.
Some clients rent whilst they renovate, or others are in-between properties. We’ll find the right rental for your requirements and budget.

Fee: Usually one month’s rent, depending on the value of the property – agreed in advance of a search commencing.
