We work for you, whether you are the buyer, or the seller. We’re here to find the right property for you to buy, or the right person to buy your property.
We’re very clear about fees, which are bespoke to each unique client, agreed before we begin.
For each of our clients, we spend time to find out what’s important to them in a property – location, size, spec, garden, views, rural, built-up, new, old, large, small, renovation project, move in today, transport links, development opportunities, local amenities, things to do, places to go…We only want to present to you, or view properties that match your criteria.
Once we know, our search will be refined and the list of potential properties will be appealing and exciting.

Our fees depend on both your budget and search criteria – the more we’re doing, the higher our fee will be.
Once your search requirements are agreed, we charge an Initial Instruction Fee on purchases and rentals alike, which is then deducted from the Success Fee, payable once a property has been purchased and contracts completed.
